Useless, just like the Municipal Corporation After lodging a complaint, a complaint ID is assigned to you and that's it. No action is taken and the complaint is resolved after a few days. Bunch of morons. Wish I could slap them left and right. And the idiots who are giving this app 5 stars deserve to die on a pile of trash.
PGRA SYSTEM Its an honest attempt by the Government, requires more improvement in app by the developer. There is no system of attachment of photographs of the complaint and the loading of snaps by the authorities who have attended/rectified the complaint. In most of the cases zonal officer after reading the complaint writes completed next morning without verifying with complainant, there should be proper flow chart must be visible to all officer/workteam/complainant. No transparency and sincier approach ,only goodie 2
Good effort, 80% complaints addressed. I've had a good experience, surprisingly with nearly most of the complaints being addressed fairly quickly. Manholes were covered, streetlights were installed new and non working ones were replaced on registering complaints. On one occasion dangerous stray dogs were dealt with too. Water related complaints are handled not in a professional manner though in my case. Sometimes the executive engineers are rude and unhelpful as if registering a complaint is disturbing them. Anyway, still it is a good service.
Nice app Good ...but lots of irregularity ..not transparent...there should be account set up for each user and user should be able to look previous history of complaint and give feedback on unsolved complaint & also print and put history of complaints to higher authorities for proper action....
Bullshit, no action is taken. Sirf complaint karo and you get an ID for the compliment & after a week u get a msg that it has been resolved without any action being taken. Govt. needs to make it people friendly.
