In mobile app, you can:
- Authorize and approve payments using biometrics;

- Use MobileSCAN to approve payments and log into portals;
- Chat with Bank’s employee online;

App is available for Citadele Bank customers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Customers in Latvia who have activated MobileSCAN authorization device and/or Quick balance on your mobile application, in case of loss/theft of the mobile device, should immediately call (+371) 67010000 to block these functions.

Overall a great app. A couple of things that would add even more value: 1. Option to see and copy your card data (e.g. card number and CVV number). 2. Option to delete "other receivers". As now whenever I create a new payment the receiver stays in the list forever, even though it might have been just a one off payment and I no longer want to see them on the list

Old version of app was straight forward. After re-installing now it asks if I want to see adds. Tho the question can be skipped, it comes up every time I open the app.

Continuous problems with loging-in: message "User identification failed". It is nothing to do with "incorrect user ID or password" as you say. Everything works well if I use any Web browser both on PC and smartphone. Problem occurs only when I use the app. By the way quick account overview works well without logging - in.
