A lot of smaller barcodes aren’t scanning at all. If a barcode can’t be scanned, there should be a fallback option - such as entering the code manually or switching to a different camera that has macro mode (if phone has more than camera). Right now, if I’ve already scanned 10 products and one of them won’t scan, I have to purchase it separately. A competitor’s app doesn’t have this issue, so we can rule out a device or camera problem (tried to test by scanning the same product in both apps).

Although my chosen language is English and I want to use Estonian Rimi to order from, the app displays some things in Estonian, some in English but most in Latvian and keeps offering me Latvian shops. When I try to see my settings, all seems to be in order -- correct preferred shop etc and language settings. But the moment I try to use the e-shop, it is a mess. All special offers in Latvian, delivery options in Latvia only... :/

I use the app for e-shopping with home delivery. I'm glad there is such app at all, but it is so bad. I wonder does anybody from the app developers has tried to make e-shopping with it? E.g., if I look for some product from category (like, fruits) and I go back 1 step, but want to stay in this fruit category, it goes to the main page, and I have to search again the needed category. It often log-off by itself and I loose all my collected basket! Plus, it's very slow. Really annoying.
