Crashes constantly, literally. Can't use phone. Same problem despite update "fixing KitKat compatability". Glow LLC not responding to me. After turning on the service the app finds my headphones easily. However, the moment I click connect, the app crashes. It continues to crash again and again, making my phone unusable until I turn the service off. Wierd thing is that until the second crash, the I can control my phone with the remote fine. During that time, the app gives a constant notification that I need to charge the headphones, even though they are fully charged. After that, they won't control the phone again until I clear the app data.
Love the headphones, but app needs some work. Pretty sure Glow has 8 hours of battery life, and it does seem like so in my testing, so then why does the app always say my headphones need to charge? It will be awesome if that bug could be squashed. Also, consider adding more features to the app such as controlling laser brightness to any value we want, making Glow pulse at a customizable rate, making the options available to pulse on a certain component of the music (i.e. bass, kicks, snares, hats, etc.) But love it overall! Worth the wait.
I get nothing but a black screen with dashes for the version, color, battery info, and DISCONNECT at the top. I have the blue set but when it RARELY connects the headset, it says its green. Pointless to keep this app on my phone.
"No glow decides found" Help! I am unable to connect the headphones with the android app! The headphones were switched on, fully charged, plugged to the phone, phone Bluetooth turned on and the app installed from the Android app store. When I clicked on the app, it said "no glow devices found". I even tried plugging the micro USB to the glow headphones and tried clicking the app, same result.. I can't connect the headphones, please help!
Next to useless Can change glow from music to pulsate or off. OK. You should also be able to tweak how the glow corresponds to music. You have to get out of the app before changes take effect. . Always says battery needs charging, can't turn off notification even when checked, brightness change doesn't need to work. Seems like the puck could have greater customization as well.
Mediocre at best... The "glow headphones" are pretty cool, the sound is good, but I really wish that this app would be improved. The app doesn't ever update that the battery is charged. I hope for some improvement some day.
