1. Terrible latency. Everything loads very slow. 2. After using it for a while, Downloading the pictures will crash the app. At first, I used "share" as a workaround to send them to my photo app. But now the share button is not working, nothing happens after clicking it. 3. Clicking links in messages won't open them. And it won't let you select and copy the link text to paste it in the browser. 4. The pictures are compressed to the extremity. Everything is blurry.

This is hands down the worst platform I have ever used. Never loads, can't login, can't access tabs, buggy layout, broken links, can't change password.. I mean, holy cow. I often wonder who made something this bad, and why my daycare chooses to use it. It is so so bad.. There HAS to be a better app out there, I could cut my hands off and gouge my eyes out and probably program a better CRM than this.

So far, I am able to open the app with no problem, I can see everything the teachers share with me, BUT in my child's profile, I can't write anything at all, for example the area for Outlook information allergies, wich is important. Restricted pick-up is also important. Also, I can't edit the wrong information that has been added without my consent. I yet have not been able to chat with teachers through the Message icon, it is all just plain white.
