Ratings and reviews

Most of the 1 star reviews are completely accurate, one of the worst apps I have used. Had issues getting support. In order to chat with 'support' I had to turn my phone sideways in order to see my own writing and could barely hit send due other buttons in the way. Support could not tell me why my payments kept getting rejected. My bank asked them to verify the routing number and they wouldn't or couldn't. Just asked to try other payments. So frustrating, the Procare app was so much better.

it's a good app. works for me. missing a few features though. it would be nice to have a gallery of all the pictures that are taken at daycare all in one spot. Also if profile pictures could be added to viewable gallery, that would be great. one of these days my baby is not going to be at his daycare and I won't be able to go back with my computer and download all his pictures.

so many bugs, can't click on Moments to see pics of my child. app/operating system version is not the issue. AI app support sends you in circles. Tells me to download the Lineleader Engage app but there is no such thing and then says "Great, looks like you have the correct app and should be using the Lineleader app". so confusing when it was working and then 2 days ago stopped working.
