issue with change church, only finds the church using location. ask to confirm location i do that but I get woops try again. I deleted my account and reinstalled but it doesn't give a option to add an account, only option is sign in. i can't use the app. update its is still not working

This organization wants ALL of your financial and organizational information BEFORE you can even see how the app works. They try to upsell you before you can even get into the app. When you try to cancel, they make they give you a bunch of flaming hoops to jump through. It all sounds way to much like a scam to me. If you're looking for something easy understand, easy, to use, and easy to set up, keep looking... this isn't it.

I was able to pay a handful of times before the app just refused to work. All I got was an error message. I deleted the app. Even trying to use their site is a mess. It just "loads" the page forever before showing an error message. So I tried downloading the app again today. It does not recognize my log in information anymore, and now even after following the directions to change my password it won't log in. Extremely frustrating.
