About this app

The MyCIMR application allows CIMR affiliates to manage and consult their CIMR retirement account to help them prepare for a peaceful retirement.

Features available to all affiliates:

- Consult and download the individual booklet to know the details of his
rights at any time
- Check the accuracy of his personal data
- Carry out a pension simulation with Al Moustakbal Individuel (by
pension target or on the basis of a predefined flat-rate contribution)
- Contact the CIMR


Features for individual members:

- Modify the terms of its direct debits (amount, frequency or date)
- Cancel the next scheduled debit, postpone the date or modify it
the amount
- Make exceptional payments,
- Request a refund of direct debit
- Request a suspension of membership
- Consult the history of its withdrawals and transactions carried out
- View and modify personal data
- Consult and download the annual debit certificate, the
membership documents.

Ratings and reviews

It does not function !!! Unable to sign up. Each time the same blocker message "Vous avez dépassé la taille ...." even if the email and phone number I enter in the form are perfectly valid: 6xxxxxxxx after the fixed +212 for the phone number field. They should have resolved these annoying bugs before launching the app to the public. It is unusable right now.

The app is very useful, unfortunately it's not keeping credentials always you have to logout and login for each time.... Plus the app should have multiple languages (Arabic) at least since the target audience are Arab.

The application is not up to date every time i open i have to log out and log in to get in to the app. Service is very limited and code sent to email is always wrong. Need lots of improvements. Will give more 🌟 as soon as you make it up to date.
