Very very bad...there is no way to get the fan ID. I've tried with my friends over 100 times each to scan the passport, but we always get an error.We have contacted the support but there is no solving yet. It is very hard for us to understand how there is no other way to buy tickets or how the app is full of errors for everyone during the Africa Cup of Nations while in most of the games are very few supporters.

it makes no sense. I entered my information by scanning my passport page. I checked the "Confirm" box. one would think this would the end of the process. The App then takes me to a Place and Hold for scanning again but this it does not indicate what to scan whether it is the front or back cover of the passport or anything else. From this point, it all stalled. App is not intuitive.

I think it's ridiculous that you need a FanID which you can only access through the app but the app won't let me log in with my proper account and password. Need this fixed immediately so I can get my tickets to the games.
