"Chikaya" is a bilingual application (Arabic / French), to facilitate the submission and monitoring of claims (complaints), comments and suggestions at any time, any place and safely.

The application "chikaya" is a service of the national portal claims "Chikaya.ma", which is a component of the device "IDARATI". It helps promote interaction channels between the administration and citizens and to evaluate the performance of the administration in Morocco and to improve the quality of public services.

It offers many services:
• Submit an application: You can identify the organism and introduce the necessary personal information and data on the nature of your request.
• Follow a claim and contact the administration: You can view a list of your complaints sent via your mobile device as you can track the processing status of your other claims using the claim number and your email address or telephone number. The tracking space also allows you to send a message to the administration concerned by attaching if necessary attachments that can enhance the content of your claim.
• Expressing satisfaction after treatment: You can express your level of satisfaction with the response of the administration.
• Re-open a claim: If dissatisfied after your claim, you can re-open for a new treatment.
• Statistics: This area gives you an overview on indicators and figures on claims.
• Number of complaints: you can view the contact numbers dedicated to the claims.

What a shame nothing working I spent a fortune calling the numbers provided after I had no answer regarding my complain and after I failed to solve my problem with the local authorities and same no answer... So what next to send a complain to his Majesty personally to do your work instead of you?!!!
