OTP problem when I tried to transfer from my cart to another account same switch I didn't received any OTP message tried many time it's not working 😢

very bad app also very bad company , I don't recommend anyone to use switchcard there is no support if you email them they will not solve anything the support option in the app doesn't work, you just can call them on the phone and that is NOT free and it takes more than 30mins of waiting untill the support employee answers you and on the top of that they charge double the price it is a scam very bad choice

Very bad service ... Hidden fees that happens without any transactions .. you can only put the card info into a site and they will cut 1$ everytime you fill in without any transactions occuring This is a scam and predatory practice DO NOT USE IT The Prepaid Visa cards they use was so bad that when i tried to put it in the app it showed as BLOCKED CARD They had my old Card balance Zeroed for no reason or notification Now the new update cannot let me get into my account which still have balance.
