Prenatal Yoga: Whether you just got your positive test or you’re after your due date, Ma Yoga prenatal yoga is customized to exactly where you’re at and what’s arising. We’ll help you make space for baby, open your hips and mind and heart, and connect to all your inner resources (you will need them!). Whether you’re a yoga newbie or yoga teacher, prepare to leave feeling amazing.
Postpartum Yoga: As soon as your healthcare provider gives you the ok to exercise, join us to safely and effectively build your body back better than ever- without ever having to pack up and leave the house. Squeeze a downdog in between feeds and changes. You’ll weave your abdominals back together, relieve tension in your neck and shoulders, and reset your nervous system so you can keep giving 100% to your loved ones without feeling depleted. Babies welcome.
Yoga for Busy Moms: Whether baby’s in daycare or away at college, you deserve some time to focus on receiving. Let us talk you through a workout that will fulfill your deepest desires for your body, mind and heart.
Ma Yoga Foundations: Enjoy a class emphasizing therapeutic alignment principles that will help you relieve common aches and pains like back, wrist, neck, and knee, support healing for chronic conditions and connect to strength and stability. All are welcome, including dads and dogs.

I absolutely love Ma Yoga!
