It was really good at the beginning,,but day by day it's became the worst service,,when you booking for ride you need to wait at least double that time shown at the app,,and why? because the driver should accept all request before coming to you then drive them before you,,or you can choose to pay more if you do not like that,,but infact you can not trust that the driver will not drive very slow.. the latest update seems that it's only to send same notification,the app not working

after the update, you can't call the driver unless he is two minutes away and the call is international.. this is nonsense.. +waiting time is mostly double the time shown in the app, and if you cancel a ride after waiting so much time, they charge us for cancellation.. the app is becoming worse and worse ... if there is a minus star, i would have chosen it

You have the most stupid mistake in your app any company could make : every taxi app sets the pick-up location as the user's current location, except you, so every time I book I have the same mistake because your app sets the pick up location somewhere else ... and valuable time is lost in very critical times, please fix this, also your rates recently came very high that the make no difference than regular taxi apps rates, you lost your competitive edge since your waiting times are way higher
