Rekab worked very well on my iphone but I couldn't even open the app on my Android phone.I am seeking for any suggestion on this issue

You have the most stupid mistake in your app any company could make : every taxi app sets the pick-up location as the user's current location, except you, so every time I book I have the same mistake because your app sets the pick up location somewhere else ... and valuable time is lost in very critical times, please fix this, also your rates recently came very high that the make no difference than regular taxi apps rates, you lost your competitive edge since your waiting times are way higher

This morning, the app repeatedly (more than 15 times) gave me the following message whenever i tried booking a ride to work: "We're currently experiencing very high demand, and all our seats are filled! Please try booking again in a few minutes". I've been using this app for the past two weeks with minor issues. I'm not sure if this app got popular overnight so the demand for rides is actually legit or if it's just an error message despite seats/cars being available. Please fix it soon !!
