this app has a soft timeout after 30s, which ask you to expand the search for a 6 seater, if you don't choose in time it will timeout. After 2:30mins the app will hard time-out whether or not u choose a bigger car. The hard timeouts after only 2:30 is weird because barely any cabs take the order. Its extremely difficult to call a cab. Several times after 3 hard timeouts I couldn't get an taxi in the app. Also theres no VOIP in app, driver will always call you so you will incur roaming charges

You only have available cars on the areas where you can find regular taxis anyway. The driver calls you to ask for the pick up location and you can't select the destination on the app; you have to tell the driver where you want yo go. You also don't know the price beforehand, because there's a meter. In summary, it's just like a regular taxi and has none of the advantages of an app like Uber or Didi.

This app is full of bugs after they updated it about 1 or 2 years ago. They made it worse. It uses two different maps depending on the zoom when trying to place a pin for pick up, displaying old streets that don't even exist anymore. Drivers need to call to know exact locations since the app is so inprecise. Terrible. Bring in Didi or Uber Macau government!
