It would be really nice if Directions could just pick an app and stick with it instead of having to change everything every year or so, including having to install a whole new app. Not only did it take me over half an hour and multiple verification codes to sign in, but the app itself looks awful once you get into it.

It would be nice to get a heads up that we're moving apps for the third time again. I reached out via email to DCU to verify if this was real because this app looks like a scam, heard nothing back. the user UI is painful to navigate, I have to rehook up my external accounts, and the navy blue bubbles clash hard against the dark background in dark-mode. please make them white. As someone who works IT and has done app coding, this roll out was handled terribly. Ill be looking into other banks now

took a perfectly good app and made it clunky under the guise of "navigability". the layout doesn't make sense. whats with all the buttons? whatever happened to simple listed menus? and why is there a 3rd party credit score reader above my banking info? no one knows! why does my login now require a ridiculous 12 characters? beats me!
