This was not an upgrade to the previous app. The previous app was more intuitive and easy to navigate. This new app has a color scheme that doesn't contrast enough and is hard to read. Transaction history now uses cards for each transaction and is harder to follow. Please bring the old app back. Closing down for 5 days for this downgrade is uncalled for. Looks like it's time to move to another bank. I've never seen a bank completely shut down like this, and for something nobody wants.

I miss the old app. They changed everything and it made it completely difficult to use. Due to the update I was paid a day late, found out that the send money feature no longer is instant and that you can't customize the main page to be consistent. And trying to type anything in just puts it backwards or completely wrong. The old app might have been slow at times but was 10 times better than this.

It was literally perfect before, why did they change it at all? Its disorganized and counterintuitive. The functions are buggy. Feels like they cheaped out. I want the old one back! The only reason I would actually give it one star, the star rating system won't allow zero stars, is they added a left hand mode. Makes me so sad, because I used to brag on TVA and the old mobile app all the time. It was one of my favorite apps on my phone because it was so easy to interact with. Now it's my least.
