Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't seem to show scheduled payments (at least in a way that I could find), so I paid them manually; then the unshown scheduled payments went through and overdrafted my account. Then they charge me for "courtesy" fee. This is one of the worst banks I've had the frustration of banking with, but I feel trapped and can't go anywhere else thanks to loans. The app is bad, sure, but I want to make clear that this review is a damnation on the TVA Employees CU institution itself as well.

I will admit, I preferred the other one. but this one is good too. the only reason someone many people hate it is because they got used to the one we already had and they dont like change/arent willing to learn the changes. the only issues I have currently with this app is that it gets kinda wonky sometimes when I try to move money between my accounts. there are times when I have to call the bank to do it for me because the "complete" button Is frozen.

You had an app that worked perfectly fine. Easy to use. You shut that down to launch a new app that is just garbage. What do you mean I can't pay my credit card payment with my debit card? I always have. You can't set up a payment profile with the debit card YOU issued me. It's about time to close all of my accounts/credit cards and move on to a different bank.
