Junk since the last update. Requires me to change my password but doesn't recognise my email address in order to send the reset password link to. Also doesn't show the keyboard to change the email address. Completely non-functional and unable to access medical records

I tried yo log in my account, was asked for verification code, had to do it for 6 times, then asked to update the app, had to re do 3 x as it froze all the time, then asked to change my password and couldnt click confirm as it froze again !!!!! gggrrrrr

It asks for my email to send a verification code to but it doesn't even register the fact that the email has already been inputted. overall function of the app has deteriorated since the security breach even months later.
