At birth, an ear tag is attached to each bovine head, issued by the ASL, containing its identification code, similar to our tax code.

This code is reported, together with the other indications, on the label of each single package marketed.

In this way, the Consortium provides the consumer with complete traceability with all the information on the origin and characteristics of the meat that arrives on his table.

In addition to the mandatory information on the label, the consumer will also be able to trace all the personal data of the bovine, including the company of birth.
