HIIT Workouts and Tabata Timer

You don't need expensive, ineffective gadgets or complicated training routines in order to lose fat and improve fitness condition. A few but challenging minutes of our predefined body weight, high intensity interval workouts including cardio, plyometric, strength and balance exercises will quickly convince you that strong will and half an hour per day is more than enough for achieving your goals.

The app also offers easy to use and configure timer that allows you define your own interval training. Set number of rounds, duration of working cycles and rest time and you can start!

- Alarm sound between work and rest periods. Alarm volume is controlled by the volume controls of your device

- Workouts library with short description of each exercise, included in the predefined workouts
