Apart from that the withdrawal I placed since August 15 has not been credited to my wallet, suddenly this morning 22/09/2023, there is a notification that I should update the app after updating I was asked to get access, I have paid for a year access on 23/07/2023 and I also paid for booster for a year. Please kindly restructure my record to continue mining and release my withdrawal to my wallet. Thank you

I purchased a 12-month service on CryptoTab Pool Site, my payment was made through NC WALLET, I confirmed that it was completed without problem, but they never validated my payment despite insisting by email, now the payment order has expired and I want to request a refund of my crypto but when I make the request by mail, there is no response, most likely I have been defrauded.

Worst experience from this app. I purchased their plan and was mining for a long time ,but last month(August 19)I tried withdrawal of my balance and till now it's not even credited to my account and the support team is the worst to say.I tried mailing them and there is no reply from the side to resolve my problem and I lost my money and time . Will change my review only if they resolve my problem 😕
