It was perfectly working till 04 Aug2023. But after that priority mode disappeared for withdrawal to my NC wallet. Earlier withdrawal to NC wallet was fast. But now even after more than 11 working days withdrawal still not received to my NC wallet. I cancelled twice to check wether i had done error there. But i could not see any error. I contacted support twice but they only gave general answer which I'm not satisfied with. Please help me to recover my finds. Because I bought 12 month packages.

Apart from that the withdrawal I placed since August 15 has not been credited to my wallet, suddenly this morning 22/09/2023, there is a notification that I should update the app after updating I was asked to get access, I have paid for a year access on 23/07/2023 and I also paid for booster for a year. Please kindly restructure my record to continue mining and release my withdrawal to my wallet. Thank you

I love this app alot, but i have one big issue with this platform mow, i paid for a one year mining subscription i was debited but it didn't reflect on the activate mining that i paid, i report the transaction to my bank and was told the transaction was successful on the other end so i don't knownwhat to say and what you weill do but please see to it.
