Horrible! I've spent literally over an hour attempting to enter notes! You have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app, and sometimes that doesn't work! They want you to upload your note before leaving your patient's home, but if it's not allowing you to enter it, should you stay until it does?! Ridiculous! I just don't feel like it should be this stressful to enter your info/notes!

This app rarely works as it's supposed to. Frequently, my log in information isn't being recognized. It rarely gets the correct location, despite the fact that other apps on my phone are able to figure out my correct location. I have issues with the app almost daily, but at a minimum, I would say 3 times in a work week. Far too unreliable for my taste. EDIT: Currently the app won't even open 🙄

App is frustrating to use. It is slow and doesn't always work correctly. Not user friendly. Makes family sign you out before you leave. The problem with that is you are usually in the house and working for another 5 to 10 minutes or longer and you don't get paid for that. Those minutes add up. It time stamps it when you open the app to have them sign and you can't fix it. Again, very frustrating 😕 when you already feel like you are not being paid properly.
