Mindfulness training, the following meditations and MBSR exercises are included:

Flow offers support for the MBSR course according to Jon Kabat-Zinn. The meditations are suitable for relieving stress, finding relaxation in everyday life and being able to open up to life with satisfaction.
All contained meditations can be used WITHOUT a subscription.
