Ratings and reviews

Just awful! All you can do is to check your balance but even this function is working bad, you will see your actions after 1-3 days (it can be payment or withdrawal). So basically you never know how much money you really have on your account. The app is refreshing and loosing the info about password and login. If you are trying to click "forgot password" it's useless.When you are calling to customer service they tell you to come to the bank :) No words.

I have used many banking apps from the Republic of Moldova and this is by far the worst one. It simply does not work properly; there is no real-time balance update, no purchase notifications, the spending history is updated randomly (some times it can take a couple of minutes, some times it takes days) and some expenses are not displayed at all, and the balance from the app is different from the balance you see when checking at an ATM. Please hire competent programmers and fix your app!

Doesn't show your transaction history and REAL balance in real time. Very difficult to login and set up this app. Not user friendly at all. Useless app at this point. It's easier to just go to the nearest ATM and check your balance there than going through the trouble of tinkering with this app.
