The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.

My experience has been bad overall after hundreds of booking a ride with them. For starters, the driver's details shown on the app like the car and the plate number are not the same when the driver comes to the location. After tolerating every ride and reaching out to the customer service 50/50 would offer a refund and the rest wouldn't understand my situations like getting an overcharge because of the driver missing a turn, taking a longer route, or not paying attention. I also get overcharged.

This is one of the most useless, insufficient applications you could ever actually use , their representatives have no single clue how to deal with the customers. Their policies are complete gibberish and I truly do not recommend anyone to use this application especially in Jordan. Trust me you have so many other alternatives
