The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.

This app has a scam/fake reward system. I was literally told I had won an iPhone 17 during my ride. After completing the ride, I was told it was a “technical error” and that I should do more rides for another chance to win. That should be a clear indicator that this reward system is a scam. The promotion was also completely intrusive. I hadn't even entered a raffle, yet I couldn't book a ride without a very loud sound and a gift-box UI element that obstructed navigation.

1- Drivers ask if you are paying with a card so they deliberately take longer routes to take more money. 2- literally half or more of the cars that i order aren't the same as what's said in the trip booking. 3- Help support chat is automated so don't expect a reasonable response from them. 4- download any other app or even use the local taxi because its 100% better than this app
