I gave it an honest shot. I was really mad when tgey took away the local library and option to save data in PDFs. 2 stars, cause it's better than nothing. But if I look back at Facebook posts from a while back, the post makes little sense cause it's only partially saved (the text and not the pic, etc). I'm just really thankful I got the library saved locally that I did, before they changed it. Now it's back to manually saving each post. I wonder if Facebook's archiving option have improved?

This is a really great service, but it's just plain against principle to not have the option to store data locally. We're doing this to protect our privacy, and I'm perfectly capable of encrypting my own device. Worst case, I want to at least see iCloud support. I just can't take outlook or drive seriously from a privacy standpoint.

Hi there, iCloud support is high on our list of priorities, but unfortunately not currently technically feasible. Once we are able to support it properly, it will become available in digi.me. Our security and encryption measures keep your data secure even if someone gained access to your cloud. You can find out more at digi.me/privacy

Unfortunately, I had a number of issues with set up. The app wouldn't connect to OneDrive, when it finally did, it came up with an error message when trying to sync with Twitter. Tried to screenshot the error but it wouldn't allow me to, as it links outside the app into the browser. Tried on my PC and it can't connect to OneDrive. I really like the concept, hope these bugs get ironed out...

We're sorry to hear that you've had problems setting up your digi.me! Please could you open the app on your phone and try to sync your Twitter again. If that doesn't work, give your device a little shake to open the bug reporter window. You can then report the problem so we can investigate. We look forward to getting you up and running soon. :)
