this is ridiculous. I tried out the app. And it seemed pretty good. It had a tier plan, which I appreciated, so I figured I would try it out and bought credits. I saw the charge go through (WITH tax) and yet, I was still "out of scans for the week". So, I just paid for 3 scans. That's it. I even closed and reopened the app, perhaps it needed to reset. nope, "out of scans for the week. Resets next week". And I'm out of my money.

well i would give better rate but i have been contacting them because i accidentally paid for something to do with there app which was 57.99 which is way out of my budget since im disabled and hardly can afford food yet i haven't received anything back its very disappointing for me because i need the money back so i can eat

30.08.2026 update: app improved. i have not checked the ai chat itself yet because i still dont trust it, but the overall feel and work is improved. the ai lens to study the plant is now better than before - i still have premium, it is still a worthy purchase. i keep recommending this app to friends and keep reminding them it is still new and growing app, but I am liking it a lot - and i checked 15 other apps before settling with this one.
