Great free workout tracking app! Create your own workout or select a pre-loaded one. They breakdown the exercise and you can see the workout, what muscles it engages, as well as written instructions. If you're doing a timed set, there's a timer to utilize right in the app as well as a timer between sets. You can add notes to each of your workouts and a muscle map at the end shows you exactly what you've worked. A truly great free version, the paid version may be an upgrade in my near future!

This is such a clear, simple and user-friendly app which provides a platform for a variety of workouts. It tells you how to do the exercise showing you visually as you work your way through, written instructions are clear, rest time timer is a great feature that I love. I also believe this app works directly and indirectly in providing you motivation to stay on track with goals. We can also monitor our progress. I think it is a great workout app that is worth using on a regular basis.

overall great app. I'd honestly give it 5 stars, however, often when I'm doing a workout it will sometimes exit out of the app and all my progress will be lost and I will need to start over and put in all my weights again because it won't automatically save, which as you can imagine is SUPER frustrating when you're only a couple exercises out from completing your workout.
