Ratings and reviews

Poorly designed for phones. Posts appear like their being published. Yet they just reload the Create post page and clear all captions. I have to manually switch logins as several of the pages I manage are personal ones. Yes, they need to be business. But even with logging in, the app doesn't want to recognize switching accounts. Page responsiveness is bad. Why do I need to redownload a post for Instagram just to upload it again in the posting process? The desktops website is alright at best.

The service is great; the app not so much. All the features available using the pc website are not available on the app: best post times, ability to crop pictures, doesn't allow you to post across multiple platforms. There are other issues, but I'm too frustrated right now to list them all. Just know the app sucks, but the website version doesn't.

Great website, terrible app. Later is a great service for managing social media at a free or cheap cost (if you choose to pay). The mobile app does not seem to be working properly. I cannot upload photos or videos. I am also having a problem with endless amount of notifications that will not go away. They say "Later Media Upload" but they are not uploading. They stay at 0%. There seems to not be a way to delete them. Please fix this you guys. 😰🙏 I'd recommend their website for now.
