I used the multi destination option and the driver got the notification that we were making 2 stops but once he started driving it only took him to the last stop....i had to pay more than expected. does anyone know if uber offers mutil destination yet since they are obviously way better.
Code TREK it's easy to use, just click the menu on the upper left corner (top of page) and go to "promos", enter TREK for $20 in ride credits (current best offer) Enter the code BEFORE your first ride and enjoy the LYFT. All LYFT drivers are background Checked and cars are verified to be in good shape with good tires, horn, wipers, etc. as well must keep a 4.8 rating or above. This is a customer relations policy statement. There should be a way to cancel a ride, under a few additional circumstances. 1.) when it takes longer for the LyFt Vehicle to arrive than first estimated. a.) Should have an option to cancel a ride, when the pickup time exceeds 15 minutes. b.) Require Lyft Drivers to drive the posted speed limit, when traffic and conditions allow. 2.) Should be able to add a driver to a Do Not Ride With list. 3.) Some drivers will not change lanes to pass a vehicle, which is traveling well below the posted speed limit, and/or the flow of traffic. a.) Safe driving is important. So is getting We, the Paying Customers, to our destination as efficiently as possible, without avoidable delays.
I'm so glad that they finally have enough drivers in my area for me to make the switch. I used to use Uber. However, I truly dislike the lack of tipping on the Uber app as well as the seeming indifference to their drivers and customers that appears to be behind this ongoing decision. I also find the use of pictures and vehicle descriptions that Lyft uses to be extremely helpful. It seems to be the superior app as well as the superior company. I don't regret the switch at all!
It's a good app. However I've had it happen 8 or 9 times. I click arrive and if I have to call them when I get off the phone it says I already picked them up, skipping the part where i have to click confirm pickup even though they aren't even in the car or can't locate them yet. Update still does the same issue if you have to call them it says you picked them up. And it has a hot symbol at times meaning it's busy. I sign in and sit around for 45 mins before I get a request
This site was designed in favor of Lyft without the people in mind. How can they not have an option to dispute a charge and explain your concern? Instead they list reasons for you and if you click all you see is why they justify your bill. If you need more have to wait for a call which never comes !!!!!And their rides always cost me more how can I pay almost $10 more for a trip today when I have always paid less for it, I really hate the way they treat customers
