There seems to be a trend of apps saying that what's new in they're app is that it is updated frequently, and can't be bothered, beyond that, to give any information. In that case, I can't be bothered to give them more than one star.
I like that I can see available drivers, but where is my discount for downloading the app as advertised?
App crashed my phone when I tried to call the driver.

Customer support is nonexistent. If you click on the submit a review from your emailed receipt it will open your browser and take you to a web page that never loads. If you click on the get support option from the Lyft website it will take you to a website that partially loads and then leaves you're staring at another loading sign indefinitely. I don't see how this can be an issue on my end when all other aspects of the app and website work just fine. There is no way to contact customer support.
