Failed to deliver me a driver!! I was automatically transferred to FOUR different drivers while waiting for my pickup, and each time the ETA reset over or even got longer. Horrible. This almost made me miss my dinner reservations. I canceled the ride and scheduled an Uber instead, which arrived in 10 minutes without automatically changing my drivers on me. Sorry Lyft but this service let me down.
Because your using different driver's, it's not the app that may be difficult, but the people who drive for this company. With that said, I've been lucky to have quite a few Drivers who were more than professional and had a good time riding with them. Very few that I have not had a good ride with. Driving can be a stressful job that I understand all to well. I am a truck driver. I use this and another app to travel around cities when I have time. So far so good.
I can't opt out of marketing push notifications. Support suggested I disable all notifications but that cripples the application. I would switch to something that doesn't spam me, but my other option is Uber and I can't support their culture of discrimination. Stick between a black car and a purple place.

Don't know if this is only in Miami but drivers have been dropping riders off and then ending the ride in the app way farther than where they actually dropped off the rider. The drivers do this knowingly because LYFT doesn't give refunds to riders. even when they did not go as far as indicated. I've had several friends have the same experience more than once so it is definitely a "come up" that drivers have learned. If you're smart you'll use UBER. at least they actually read complaints and refund their riders.
Called Lyft after a worst experience with Uber call , app shows guy coming in 12 mins, it's 1.30 am, after few mins driver sends msg asking what's destination after he sees address tell mes its too far for him, I told cancel the trip at your end I don't pick you, app did, few mins later shows couple of blocks away but doesn't respond or come even after 2.15am. no response, app still shows arriving in 1 mi. For last 15 mins.
