not great if your period is unpredictable e.g you miss months or the length varies which is common in the app's target audience of teen girls but if you have a pretty regular period then it is a great app that doesn't sell your data (which is no longer a guarantee with other trackers)

This app is dead simple to use; there are no adverts, no annoying popups/notifications, no greedy subscription models and is easy to figure out. I don't use the other functions, but the tracking is accurate and takes seconds. Yes, it's geared towards to young girls in images and layout, but for a no frills, no subscription, bare-bones app, as someone in my forties I can live with that.

it helped me really well as a young one who started her period early in life,I really recommend it to everyone,it has videos to help,and tracks your period
