This App is designed to allow clients and their practitioners to map the work they are doing together, remain on the same page (or map) and communicate remotely. The therapeutic journey can be developed before ever meeting, between sessions, and after the person to person input has ended.
If you are a practitioner:-
meMap is a way to build an ongoing remote relationship with clients. It is ideal to supplement person to person input - perhaps a cost-effective way to lengthen the duration of your work together. The aim is real focus on what clients want and what issues they face. The App can be used as a prep tool, so client and practitioner get a racing start - or as a way to maintain contact between sessions or after they have finished. See www.meMap.me/practitioner

meMap is a means to look at the difficult stuff in your life (the issues and life stresses you want to express or resolve) and the best stuff in your life which you want to get into your day (your core values, aspirations, life wisdom). Tools are offered to navigate from the difficult stuff towards the life you want.
The App is a format to develop your ideas, express perceptions and feelings, and prompt yourself about where you are trying to get to - all neatly distilled into the mobile device that is often by your side. Your practitioner will normally guide you about how meMap will fit into your therapeutic relationship. They may, for example, populate your App with food for thought or useful concepts.
