Ratings and reviews

First, there are the intrusive ads, always popping up quick enough that you click them by 'accident'. But most importantly, the calling feature of this app stopped working and never resumed. I used this app for years to make calls over wifi when I was unable to make calls with my spotty data service, but now the calling functionality of this app does not work at all. It endlessly says 'dialing', and never actually makes a call. If I hadn't used this app for so long, it would get 1 star.

Call quality is extremely unreliable. Most calls start out great, then become noisy or just drop altogether. This was when I had an unlimited minutes subscription. Therefore, I will not renew. I get missed calls often - it just goes to voice mail. And yes, I do double check the notification settings! Customer service has improved - I actually get a response to emails! Plus, you can't beat the price! Improve call quality and include more short code messaging and I'll be a lifetime customer!

It's been about a week that outbound messages aren't working with Verizon service. No updates or end in sight. considering downloading another app. Even before this, had trouble with some messages not being sent. I would check with the person on the other end and nothing would appear. not even an error message. Multiple problems. used to be a good app but not sure of that now.
