WhoHub is a mobile application built by realtors for realtors to improve efficiency, communication and accessibility.

Our team of veteran realtors realized that the real estate industry was suffering from inefficiencies in technology, especially in the mobile application sector. After working through various iterations of WhoHub and processing feedback from hundreds of agents, homeowners and home service professionals, it became very clear that what the average realtor needed was mobile accessibility to improve office communication and to provide them with a few tools of the trade that would greatly improve their daily work lives and ultimately their overall performance.

The WhoHub app provides the brokerage and agents with one centralized hub for office communication and content. No longer will things like office announcements, office events, vendor lists, office directories, important documents and general inter-office communication need to be communicated and distributed through un-centralized sources that offer a confusing combination of emails, texts or phone messages. Realtors sometimes receive up to 20 e-mails a day from their own office, and as a result, a lot of important information gets completely ignored. WhoHub provides a simple and intuitive platform for agents to communicate things such as new home listings, office news, open houses, meeting times, education classes, updated vendor lists, updated agent profiles and directories and more. The ability to transmit this information to either everyone in the office, a specific individual or to a team you created, enables the user to customize the app to best serve their own individual needs.

WhoHub also provides an opportunity to promote brand awareness by enabling customization of the app to display the office logo and colors, rather than the WhoHub brand. Ultimately WhoHub is providing the brokerage with their own proprietary mobile application, without the costs and resources associated with having to go and build it on your own.
