Octopad Console allows you to access the different features offered by Octopad.
- Manage your current status or take your break with a single click.
- See the queue (in progress) of agents/drivers
- Display the call list and call back a customer in case of a missed call
- Review your actions performed during your day with the activity logbook. The activities tab tracks all your actions and allows you to see, among other things, the calls received, the breaks taken and your working hours.
Important: to use this application, you must first have an account on "octopad.ch" to be able to connect to the application and have access to the various resources of your team. If you are an agent, please contact your team administrator to ensure that you have a valid account.
