Am I missing something? Is there more to it than 7 example days of menus? I was thinking it would let me put in which calorie level I wanted to be at, then enter the foods I ate, and tell me if I was on track or not... :-(
To un-organized on how to use. Lists of things to use on the shopping list but not sizes of items to buy. I just don't like this app.
No customization. Only 7 days worth There is only 7 day's worth of information with no customizable components. The Dash diet is based on a range of calories, not set for everyone. Please add features to customize based on calorie range and allergies or likes\dislikes.
Not an app, pretty useless. This is nothing but 2 weeks of vague meal plans and a half-assed shopping list. Waste of time.
Very little info 5 minutes on google yielded far more useful info, and without any annoying popup ads.
Hey.. this is a great app on DASH diet. Gives a good chance to follow the correct diet for those suffering from hypertension. Will definitely share it with my mom!
