I like it This app gives me a new knowledge about diet in a good way which is so interesting for me as I'm searching an effective diet to lose my weight fast. Unfortunately, the information available in this app is so little, I still need more. I wish I could get more information such as alternative menus for each day (I mean you can add more menus for each day that will be the alternative menu for the reader if in case they dont like the existed menu).
Easy for Busy Bodies I'm a military guy who was looking for a good way to kick start my weight loss. This diet is easy, not too expensive, and gets you results. I was really hungry the first day but my body adjusted. I'm doing this with 5 workouts a week and should be down 15 lbs by day seven. Not a bad kick start. I would say that some of the fruits and vegetables are difficult to find but it's easy to substitute it with a similar food product. Just use Google. After this diet, I will incorporate a little more protein.
Great app! The first 3 days was very hard. I was going to quit... then I decided to weigh myself and couldn't believe that I've lost 6lbs. Was so stoke that I decided to go through with it. In the end I did not lose 16 lbs, but I felt really good. This is without any workout. I will do this again with some exercises and I'll see if it make a lot more difference. Good luck!
Diet works This diet works and once the seven days was completed I no longer craved junk good. I lost 13 lbs. A couple of thing's, 1. do not work out during the 7 days (as per my doctor) it is a healthy diet but you are taking in very few calories and you don't want to deplete your body. 2. Water, water and more water.
Highly recommended! I simply recommend this diet plan.. as i lost 7 kgs in the first trial and 5 kgs in the second go. My skin even looks more fresh and energised. Thanks to this diet plan. A must try but plz dont cheat or skip any single thing. Sticking to this plan only helps....
What is one cup I am surprised to see soo many liking this app...I too like this app. However, when it says 1 cup of Apple.. What does it really mean. It is not quantified. I can eat 2 apples and someone else can eat 1 apple. Please quantify, say 200 gms or 500gms. Then I would give 5 rating. Also, Pls mention no cigarette and drinking during this diet
