Works Love it now I'm back on track day 2 was hard but next week I'm going to eat steamables instead of eating raw veggies. If anyone has any questions about the gm diet plan look it up on google all the info is there..plus I workout 6 days a week all you have to do is eat more u still lose weight. This plan on the app is for people who workout 2-3 times a week so eat more if you workout more.
This is not a diet, it is starving yourself Most of the meals go as follows: Breakfast- 1 cup sliced apples and 1-2 glasses of water Dinner-is a bowl of watermelon with 1-2 glasses of water. Niether the vegetarian nor the non-vegetarian diet had anywhere near the amount of protien or any other nutrients the body needs to function. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU EAT FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS. THIS IS HOW YOU EAT IF YOU HAVE AN EATING DISORDER.
Yes loved it - lost 5kgs within a week ☺ It works wonders if you follow as per the daily schedule.. Although you can add some salt / boiled vegetables but not any other alterations pls for best result.. It really helped me to reduce 5kgs.. ☺ To believe it - Do it once.. Will try again to achieve my target..
Easy for Busy Bodies I'm a military guy who was looking for a good way to kick start my weight loss. This diet is easy, not too expensive, and gets you results. I was really hungry the first day but my body adjusted. I'm doing this with 5 workouts a week and should be down 15 lbs by day seven. Not a bad kick start. I would say that some of the fruits and vegetables are difficult to find but it's easy to substitute it with a similar food product. Just use Google. After this diet, I will incorporate a little more protein.
I like it This app gives me a new knowledge about diet in a good way which is so interesting for me as I'm searching an effective diet to lose my weight fast. Unfortunately, the information available in this app is so little, I still need more. I wish I could get more information such as alternative menus for each day (I mean you can add more menus for each day that will be the alternative menu for the reader if in case they dont like the existed menu).
Deviations from actual plan I found few deviations from the plan mentioned in site. For example in site they have stressed on the requirement of butter along with one potato..they gave specifically mentioned not to deviate from this. Dunno which is right.
Now comes with Shopping List for each day and for all the days together. Makes it all the more easier to follow GM Diet.
