Less fish. Love the plan but alternative meats for people who can't eat fish would be great. Also the shopping lists are smart but it would be best to buy a week's worth of groceries and incorporate them into the meal plans.
Heard this diet to be a heart healthy diet that only focuses on eating fruits, veggies, nuts n grains. I shud surely try this for weight loss! Great app ever found on mediterranean diet!

Creators know nothing about the Mediterranean diet Just a list of recipes with very little research behind it. The Mediterranean diet is very heart healthy; the diet described in this app is not. Too-many recommendations for low-fat products. What people dont realized is that low fat products are heavily processed, and the fats are replaced with sugars, which actually gives the food a higher glycemic index and make it super unhealthy. The Mediterranean diet keeps the natural fats, lowers the sugar content of food, and, above all, stays away from processing
This will be something to do prep meals and use a 1 day maybe for a week 5 or 7 days of. Hopefully the kids enjoy!! :0)
