What people dont realized is that low fat products are heavily processed, and the fats are replaced with sugars, which actually gives the food a higher glycemic index and make it super unhealthy. What a huge joke! This app is so pathetic it isn't funny. Not only are these not true Mediterranean food ideas, but I would starve to death on what they suggest. Seriously...a yogurt for breakfast??? I need something much more substantial to start my day!
Nuts and more nuts Firstly I hated that every 5 seconds an ad would pop up. Secondly it's way too simplistic to be of any benefit and rather monotonous. Obviously they've never been to the Mediterranean as we have a huge variety of foods. This is a very strict regime really that would make anyone go nuts. Pun intended.
Heard this diet to be a heart healthy diet that only focuses on eating fruits, veggies, nuts n grains. I shud surely try this for weight loss! Great app ever found on mediterranean diet!
Pretty much useless. For claiming mediterranean, hardly any fish/seafood, too much carb/bread, more veggie variety than lettuce and tomato and occasional peppers. Was also expecting more than 7 days worth of "recipes".
