Still the best client for Domoticz I have tried all available clients for Domoticz. This is still the fastest, lightest choice. For a fast check, for a fast set I prefer Dromotica because of it's speed and clean ui. This app lacks in some features the server supports but having multiple apps and the web gui most of features can be reached using a phone. I hope you will continue to develop this great piece of software!
As others have mentioned, the white screen keeps showing up, even in Lollipop and 5.1. Also, the geofencing doesn't autodetect my location. That would be a nice feature. A lot of great functionality in this program.
Clean UI, though inefficiencies My dimmer modules percentages in dromotica do not correspond to the same percentages in the domoticz UI. 2) empty screen on continue solved, though double screens every now and then 3) going to 'weather' crashes app
The app does what it is supposed to do. The ui is rudimentary but definitely adequate. A long standing empty screen bug has been fixed, thanks.
Basics work nicely, but could use more functionality Can't seem to open graphs of power consumption / weather of last 24h.
The main reason why I bought the premium was geo-fencing. The rest of the app is nice too (except maybe the UI, which is not the most elegant), but what I really care about is geo-fencing. The idea of how the geo-fencing is implemented in this app is really nice, but unfortunately in practice it does not work. It is really nice because you can define any number of geo-fences and because you can separately handle entering and exiting those geo-fences. This is a very nice idea that no other Domoticz-related app has. However, the geo-fences only work after you have defined them, before the app is killed or the phone is rebooted. If you kill the app or reboot the phone, then the geo-fences don't get triggered anymore, not even if you re-open the app. I read on some software development forums that Android apps need to subscribe to reboot events etc, otherwise the geo-fences are lost. Could this be the case here? I'm runnning Android 6.0 on an AllView X3 Soul Pro. I really really wish the geo-fences would always work. Unfortunately they only work if I keep defining them again and again after each time the app is killed or the phone is rebooted :( This makes them not usable in practice.
* Fixed white screen on app resume
