The SimplyBook.me Admin app is for registered SimplyBook.me users who want an easy access to their existing appointments, and provides a simple way to add clients and edit old bookings. Users will receive notifications about new bookings and reminders about upcoming appointments for free through the app. This app is the perfect addition for users who are on the go, without large screen devices during work hours or want to check upcoming appointments while at home.

Submitted multiple but findings but looks like there isn't anyone currently working on improving their software. One of the biggest issues we encountered was that a status change on an appointment does not trigger zapier, we need to update the appointment and save which then sends a appointment change email to the client. Software support is not good. Its a bumper because so many capabilities of this app.

Great if you are just getting started but that is where it ends. The inability to easily change up line items without a paywall, plus the charge for invoicing is bad considering the yearly cost, the lack of multiple credit processing sources is also bad, fees for sending notification emails which can easily be automated through other sources free and a plethora of other fee option. This is compared to other Apps availible that are the same price but have all the options without an extra fee.

Simply Thief !!! You sign up for freemium option.. which allow you (on paper) to get the app for 0€/month. and suddenly they block you asking you to pay to extend the free service subscription ! And of course, they do it straight after a client booked an appointment with no other way than paying to get the contact of your client ! Purely thief ! And you can't even contact the support without paying !
