Table Tennis Technique app is designed for Table Tennis athletes 🏓. It allows you to track the number of strokes during practice sessions for Backhand Drive and Forehand Drive.
To get started, either install the phone companion app which helps you install the wear app or install this app directly on your wearable device powered by Wear OS.
Once the Table Tennis Technique wear app installed, wear your wearable device or smartwatch on your playing wrist. Select a specific Table Tennis stroke such as: Backhand Drive or Forehand Drive and tap on the "Start" icon. Now, practice the specific stroke selected.
To account for any breaks in a practice session, there are options available to "Pause" and "Resume" a practice session. Once your training is complete, tap on "Stop" to view a summary of the training or practice session.
The summary displayed indicates the number of strokes made along with active time duration of a practice session and, average peak acceleration.
Note: a "Drive" indicates a stroke with relatively more forward movement than upward movement - with some or no top spin.
And, a "Loop" indicates a stroke with top spin, typically performed by a upward/forward movement with relatively more acceleration compared to a "Drive". A "Loop/Drive" would be considered an in between stroke between a "Loop" and a "Drive".
