Great little app Looking for a decent replacement for evernote and man did I it. There are some features in evernote I don't use as I don't "colab" with anyone. Thinkery is simple does what it says well. The web version works a bit faster than the evernote site and best of all it's free.
I can't find a better app for what it does. The simplicity (not over laden with features), and the accessibility (web and app across m'tiple devices) perfect. Two annoyances: 1. When I'm at the bottom of a long note and the mobile keyboard covers up the text so I can't see what I'm writing unless I put lots of new lines in to push the text up above the keyboard. 2. When I format the text with bold, headings, etc, and then I open and it up in mobile and save it, it removes the formatting.
Great App - Unknown Future Thinkery is a superb organisational tool, which seems a lot lighter and less annoying than Evernote. I use both the web and Android app on a daily basis and am really quite pleased with it. However, the future of Thinkery is uncertain, which scares me. Do I really want to invest time and data into a service which may or may not be here in a year's time? I hope the project gets past these difficulties, as it would be a shame to lose out on an otherwise excellent application.
There's one annoying thing but so far so good whenever i scroll down my note in editing mode, the font settings (bold, italic, etc) got scrolled up off the screen so i cant use them for the remaining words in my note. Please fix, and thank you for your consideration.
Useful I left Evernote for this. I enjoy it much better. Simplicity yet very functional. I used Springpad for many years and loved it. This is on par with it.
My Evernote alternative!! Just discovered this app ..so far I love it . Easy to use and actually works!!! ..one suggestion would be a widget that's also tablet friendly. Please keep up the awesome work... I've tried other similar apps and they just were annoying and to confusing.
Fixes a few crashing bugs, adds an option to always force a sync, regardless of the user's Background Data setting in Android.
