I had to reinstall the app, and now I can just sign in with my password. I have to set up a pin and touch id/face recognition on my phone. I'm not going to be forced to turn on features I don't use by your app. Sorry, unisntalling. I'll go back to old fashion perscriptions. Despite assurances from the developer that the problem was fixed, it was not. I still have to do a full sign every time I use the app, rather than being able to use the "remember me" feature.

the app is a really big helper for me, in that it keeps all my scripts , shows me which ones have repeats left and let's me order them. the biggest issue is that it constantly freezes up and stays on the loading screen indefinitely. so I have to keep closing, reopening, reentering the pin, retrying what I was trying to do over and over. a smaller note is that it allows me to put in payment information but then doesnt let me pay for my order and I still have to pay when picking up.

Completely refuses to allow me to update my email address in edit mode. Also refuses to save my phone number. I'm unable to place orders with my pharmacy despite having reinstalled the app and setting it up with them in the pharmacy. They do allow orders through the app, despite what the error message says. A complete waste of time. I'm going to look for a different app to do this job now
