Good experience I had with them. Was looking for medicine that's short in the market. They deliver it without a hassle. Area of improvement: the service was slow though, for emergency services, kindly make a quick service.

I am a happy returning customer. But now very dissatisfied with the service because neither their website working nor their app. Website is forcing me for OTP Sign in, so I tried to sign in with OTP using my registered number but didn't received any OTP. When I tried to signup from app, it was successful but the app is not showing any medicine even in search results. I am fed up with it ☹️

My daughter downloaded the app and ordered a medicine. Mistakenly she clicked twice. She is trying to reach the customer service to cancel duplicate order but got no reply. App also doesn't notify you about order status. Even a simple option for order cancellation isn't there. Delivery within 24 hours with temperature control facility was chosen by her and the order is yet to be delivered although more than 36 hours have passed. Plus these apps ask for prescription for even wax aid.
